Take careful note of the upside down coat and wrong feet shoes!
Grandma and Grandpa Slawikowski with all their grandkids. Zoey, Bryce and Coby live in Pittsburgh. They got to meet Lanie for the first time over Thanksgiving.
Mark was so excited about having 2 little ones for Christmas this year he put up the tree before we left for Chicago for Thanksgiving. Of course he had 2 great helpers!
Grammie's 90th Birthday is coming up so we had family pictures with all of Erin's family taken this past weekend. They turned out as well as you can expect with 6 adults and 2 little ones!
Clearly the dress-up clothes are a favorite in our house!
Mia loves gymnastics. Last weeks she walked on the balance beam all by herself. Last night she "made" a balance beam out of toys so Mark got a piece of wood out of the garage for her (a little safer!). She, the cat and a variety of other toys took turns!
Mia and Kendall figured out how to make it work with both of them on the Sit-n-Spin!
We all went to Florida to visit Abi and Papa. Mia LOVED swimming and never wanted to get out! One night we turned on all the pool lights and the girls got to go swimming in the dark!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
Lanie and Luke - she couldnt take her eyes off of him long enough to look at the camera!
Our family has grown, and fast! Mia Izabela was born in Guatemala on August 16, 2005 and joined our family on February 14, 2006. Her biological sister Elena Maria (Lanie) was born on December 13, 2006 and came home on August 30, 2007. Our house has gone from very quiet to very busy in 18 short months but we love it!
